I was received courteously and my care dealt with in a timely manner. Staff were polite and took time to explain the procedure.
Afterwards I was provided with information about my aftercare.
Overall, it was a very good experience.

The doctors when I was having the procedure were excellent, as was the nurse in recovery, her name was Comfort.
The nurse that met me before I had the procedure was going through the forms to complete. She asked how I was feeling. My answer was tired bit cold and empty but ok. Her response was to be a man. I wasn't impressed with that.

Every single person that I had dealings with were absolutely wonderful. The nurse that was with me during the procedure was so nice and comforting during the procedure and the nurse in recovery was brilliant and explained everything so clearly.
